If that Happy Harry's scene isn't in the Director's Cut, I will be EXTEMELY PISSED!

If only they hadn't cut that extra ten minutes off the theatrical version....

Do we even know if that Happy Harry's scene was filmed? According to the Guard, it isn't even in the shooting script.

Nope, we have no idea if the first one was filmed. The Guard said that the second Happy Harry's scene was in the script and we have seen the filming of it in one of the production journals.

There is that part in the feature thing where he goes for the second time. Maybe they will combine the finger snapping and all that into one scene. Shame though. Even though I understand the pacing problems I always loved how we followed rorshack(sp) while he investigated. Every scene in chapter one was really intresting.

I'm hoping the first happy harrys scene was filmed and one of the the things Zack had to cut for time and will be put back in the ultra directors cut.

This was the scene I was looking forward to seeing the most.

I am just looking forward to seeing all the scenes on mars. Espically the one with just John and his whole " What makes the world?" speech.

I am thrilled that Pagliacci is in. As I said before, that is my favorite moment from the entire comic.

As for my second favorite...someone already asked it. But I wants to know:

Q: Is the line still "I did it thirty-five minutes ago," or has this been changed?

If you're still answering questions.. One of the complaints I keep seeing about the idea of the new ending is this: Why wouldn't the rest of the world assume that Dr M destroying a bunch of cities was really a plot by the US, since he was at one point an American weapon? Even if he did hit an American city too.

The answer to that has probably been debated to death on some long thread somewhere, but I really want to know if that potential plot hole is covered in the movie enough so that it won't still be a common question after the 6th. So, is it? I don't even care how, just a yes or no would be awesome.

It is now, "I triggered it 35 minutes ago."

There are no plot holes from what I could tell. The ending worked and the idea of a rogue Manhattan made sense through points mad throughout the story.

BOO-URNS!

I'm sorry, but that is just bullshit! What's the one line that everyone here quotes from time to time from Watchmen? "I DID it thirty five minutes ago"!. Why'd they have to fuck up a perfectly good line?

Fuck. That's just a stupid, unnecessary change which I cannot see any reason for.

Oh well.

Question: Is the vivarium in?

:(

Why would they pointlessly change the most badass line in the entire comic book? It doesn't flow the same. "I did it thirty-five minutes ago" is so applicable to everyday life...it could have been the new "this is SPARTA!" !!!

Fuck. Oh well.

Aw, "I triggered it thirty-five minutes ago" restricts the jokes revolving around the line a lot more. :|

So can you answer that question about what you felt like after you came out of the screening room. Or in simpler terms did you have a smile on your face.

So how exactly was the My Chemical Romance Desolation Row cover utilized? Is it the first thing we hear at the start of the credits?
