Unknown was basically total recall minus the science fiction.

It was a decent coming-of-age story, but Levine's subsequent 50/50 was a much better film.

Happy 4/20, everyone!

You kids and your drugs.

It's far from perfect, but it has so much heart, it gets me every time. I actually bought it on Blu-ray.

Exam - 8/10

Really clever flick.

Edit:

Assassination Games - 7.3/10

Good. But I really hate one decision they made in there.

The dialogue and pace are clunky... Overall it doesn't really come together well as a movie. But its heart is in the right place. I honestly only wish it had been written as a novel instead. It would have made for an excellent read.

I don't know what score I'd give it. Definitely recommend viewing once for free on cable.

Edit: if you're curious, it's about an ex convict who discovers that his son is gay.

Something called "LA MISSION" sounds really awesome.

Or is it "L.A. Mission" ?

Weird, creepy, freaky, and twisty. I've never been so surprised to enjoy a movie I caught on cable and had never heard of before. Definite recommendation to any horror fans.

8/10

that movie was actually quite heavily marketed over here, possibly because it has an English director.

Last movie: Conan The Barbarian (the newish one) I thought it was ok, some of it felt and looked really made-for-TV, but then every now and then there'd be a good bit,

It's Shane Black and Richard Donner's Masterpiece Lethal Weapon.

Anyway, taking of masterpieces, i'm watching A History of Violence, very good movie.

Thats odd, I posted it from my photobucket account.

Anyways, yes like AvatarIII said, its Lethal Weapon.

Now I want to watch 2, 3, and yes even 4.
Although, if memory serves right,
#2 - 8.5
#3 - 8
#4 - 7.6

But yes. Also, I really reccommend Lethal Weapon to be bought on Blu Ray for my fellow HD geeks.
The picture is great, totally crisp and clear. Surprisingly great.

I actually watched all 4, which I had only just bought, followed by loaded weapon, which just by chance happened to be on love film steaming service, a couple iof weeks ago. :D and then freakily the film magazine I subscribe to (Empire) had a Lethal Weapon revisited feature days after I watched them, and I didn't even know about it before hand. Also Mel Gibson mentioned and praised Loaded Weapon (and Hot Fuzz) in the interview, and Richard Donner had apparently never heard of it (or Hot Fuzz). :|

God what's wrong with you two?

The second one is is is...
like a Die Hard movie.
Its ceases to be a cop drama in the slightest.
This trend escalates through all of them. AND its fucking annoying.

Lethal Weapon isn't overrated in the slightest.
