And holy shit, the local distributor here my country isn´t pulling punches. Midnight showings this Tuesday around the country? Don´t really recall them doing this to any other movies...

I'm seeing it Friday, maybe we should make an Avengers spoilers discussion thread to protect the poor Americans.

I hate all of you, this is the reverse of how things should be.

Well, I just purchased midnight tickets online. It says I have to show my credit card and a printed confirmation at the theater.

But since I purchased them with my laptop, I'm not completely sure how to do that second part....

Wait... what's a Collin? In this context it seems like Ziller wanting to see Avengers first apparently makes him... me?

it's only fair that America gets The Avengers last, you guys get 90% of everything else first.

yeah that seems logical, although it's a bit extreme that you need printed confirmation, as well as the credit card.

Yes, but Paramount has been exclusively releasing Avenger-related films in the UK a week ahead of the US... kind of silly when A) they're American films B) with the exception of Thor, they're also directed by American people.

I will say, I do like that they come out a week ahead, because whenever I see Iron Man, I watch it online the day before, then go see it in theaters the next day (the opening day/weekend).

My laptop has no connection to a printer.

As a friend suggested, I'm probably going to have to download software and connect it through the school wi-fi and print it through a printer there.

Edit: Oh wait, you guys must mean the receipt in the e-mail. Yeah, I might just do that instead. It'd be weird if they turned me down.
