So it seems, that at least for one night (so far), Toonami is returning to the Cartoon Network.

Further details?

Basically, Friday March 30 at 8PM EST. No idea if this is US-only or worldwide, but it will be tits either way.

I tried to find a gif that would appropriately convey the sense of awe and excitement I'm filled with, but there just aren't any that do it justice.

Okay, so the thing isn't actually Toonami, but it's still pretty cool.

Starting March 30, Cartoon Network is bringing back Cartoon Planet, a variety show hosted by Space Ghost, Brak, and Zorak that shows older cartoons of theirs.

That's kind of disappointing that it's not Toonami, but this is still a neat idea.

I'd still love to see the Midnight Run return.

So did anyone catch Adult Swim last night? They were totally running Toonami with their anime, it was pretty awesome.
