The upcoming Prequel to Monsters Inc. from Pixar, looks ok, with 4 slightly different teasers released across 4 websites, compiled here

Am I the only interested in finding out what the fuck did Sully and Mike saw at the end of the film ?

Not that a prequel is bad but..............it still leaves me hanging !

I thought it was pretty obvious...

they rebuilt Boo's door.

Maybe my memory is playing games with me, but didn't Mike and Sully look through the door and see something the audience can't see ? Their expressions seemed to be pointing out there was something of importance.

It was pretty heavily implied it was Boo (albeit a little older maybe).
