What are you saying?

That you hope it tanks because it's a reboot?

It's too late for what I want, my wishes for this movie would've been for it to be flat-out rejected at the planning stages, it's a stupid idea coming way too soon.

Granted, as you say, it has a good director, but if reviews count for something, then it didn't help Marc Webb for Amazing Spider-Man.

Amazing Spider-man was good, man. Don't use it as evidence when you haven't seen it.

And I don't see what the big deal about a F4 reboot is. It's not like it can be worse than the other ones, so cheer the hell up.

But it can't be worse than the other three Fantastic Four movies, so what's the point in getting upset?

No one's forcing you to see the new one if that's what you think.

Also, the Amazing Spider-man has been getting pretty good reviews. Stop being wrong from every angle, sir.

Really ? And how do you know that  ?

So I shouldn't feel dissapointed that creativity gets a lead shaft up in the ass in Hollywood ? Do we really need another goddamn REBOOT ? Let alone a SUPERHERO REBOOT ? From a couple of movies that are not even a decade old !?

I don't want to be a dick 'ziller, but when it's about popular franchises, you seem pretty comfortable saying "MOAR !"

O RLY !?

*Looks for Roger Ebert's support*

Why do you betray me Mister Ebert  ?

You can feel disappointed all you want, but do you think a classy and innovative movie would be made in its place if this wasn't green-lit? I don't think that's how it works.

That's a non-issue. The other movies are so bad, they don't deserve any reverence of the sort you're displaying.

You really think that's THE WORST they can do with the Fantastic Four ?

Oh boy  !

There'd be much more of a chance if fanboys and producers didn't support this bullshit.

Is it really so physically challenging in this day and age to look at something like this and say:

"Pass"

Is it ?

Only about the idea of rebooting something that's not even old.

ANYWAYS

It already got green-lit, so we might as well work with what we have.

Casting suggestions ?

Whether it's Fox or Marvel, I only ask that the movies be good. Is that too much to ask?

For casting suggestions...

Eric Bana for Mr. Fantastic
Anna Torv for Sue Storm
Vin Diesel for Thing
Taylor Kitsch for Human Torch

No.

I respect you Curi, but this is a bad list for the FF.

I want John DiMaggio to voice the thing and have them do him in mo-cap.

I'll concede Mr. Fantastic and Thing. If Charlie Hunnam is a better actor than Kitsch, I'll concede Human Torch as well.

But Sue Storm is supposed to be a beautiful and intelligent woman who plays a mother figure for the larger group. Anna Torv has already been playing that for going on five seasons of Fringe.

I'll yield that I haven't seen Fringe, so I can't judge there... but to be honest Sue has never really been portrayed as all THAT intelligent, she's definitely not a genius.

I love Fringe and Torv, but i'm not sure about her as Sue.

I think it depends on whether they go young or old for the cast, if they go old, I'd really like to see Bryce Willis a the Thing, before he's too old (although he probably already is), but not a big deal when he'll likely only be the voice

edit: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-v ... ter-349042

a guy with experience with Cthulhu mythos is promising, but he's unexperienced on the whole.

Let's just say wood has nothing to envy from mister Hunman.

Still, I'd like someone other than.................Taylor Kitsch.
