Shit just got real...

On top of this seems that Vin Diesel is on his way to become Vision.

maybe.

the one thing that is annoying me is the fact that it sounds like Ultron will be a Stark creation, not a Pym creation,

Yeah, actually. Which is why the reveal of the title makes me squirm a bit. Hopefully, they just thought it'd be a cool name to re-use and the similarities end there.

Whedon said the use of the name is just for familiarity, and it being a cool name, the movie won't be anything to do with the AoU comic, it will just be Ultron's origins.

Well, so much for those Paul Bettany/Jarvis rumors.

I for one like the fact Daniel Jackson is going to play Ultron!

Took long enough. Still, good news. Now we just need to confirm ourselves a Scarlet Witch.

Has that deal been closed yet? Last I checked, everyone was just taking Sam Jackson's word for it.

considering Olsen and ATJ have worked together on Godzilla, I'm quite confident they'll go for her, and she is, like ATJ, the only person that has even been rumoured that I have heard, and SLJ said it and no one redacted it or corrected him, so it probably happened and they made no fanfare about it.

Well, word has it that Taylor-Johnson took so long because they were trying to work out the scheduling between Avengers shooting and Godzilla promoting. If that worked for Taylor-Johnson, I expect it'll work for Olsen. Unless she has something else planned, that is.

I'm still wondering how the script's going to explain their presence. It seems like you change the characters entirely if their origins are either altered or not mentioned at all.

I doubt Marvel will change their origins. Maybe retell, but not change.
They've been focused on updating their characters origin stories to modern day, but they haven't taken MASSIVE liberties with origin stories thus far.
Biggest might be the Hulk. The essentials remained though.
I think we might be seeing a small money deal between Fox and Marvel/Disney.
Universal, and Paramount took a knee to Marvel/Disney for the Avengers. I doubt Fox wouldn't want a piece of that action.
Besides, weren't these specific characters property of Fox?

Rumour is that they will introduce mutants, but sneakily call the inhumans, or say they are half inhuman.

The point is their origin is that they are Mutants and the bastard children of Magneto, which can't be told due to rights issues. Marvel are allowed to use the characters, because they were Avengers before they were X-men, but not the fact they are mutants, or related to Magneto.
