I'm very curious about seeing if Mallory is more radical then Butcher, Mallory was the one who killed the torchlighter, but on the other hand it seems that he was kinder or more caring than Butcher, as expressed by Frenchie.

I'm sure Mallory will play a huge part in the closing arcs, but until then I figure he'll stay in the shadows

I'm really looking forward to seeing where The Homelander's meeting takes us, anyone else?

That old guy? Yeah, that was him. We get some proper backstory in #50 according to Dynamite's website

1) most of 49 was flashback
2) Highland Laddie is going on and Hughie's over in Scotland

So, 50th issue.

1) Mallory was a dissapointment......................................kinda, he's not as he was made up to be, but his character certainly reflected how far Butcher will go to finish the Seven off.

2) Never thought The Homelander was powerful enough to take on Butcher, always thought Rayner kept them on a leash simply for political reasons.

I haven't gotten a chance to read it yet... but yeah, I've always thougth the opposite: That Butcher might not be able to take on Homelander

Isn't it outrageous how they've remade The Boys for, like, the 49th time!!

It's going to suck for Hughie to come back home and find out that he has only an 18% chance of not getting killed

It was a good issue, although I'm still wondering in what is Mallory up to.

If Garth Ennis says that THIS is the story he wanted to tell ever since issue # 1, then I think it's a pretty good reason to get excited.

i'm still waiting for the highland laddie trade though

i live a 5 minute walk from a comic shop, why don't i just start buying issues!? probably because i don't have the room, and i'm unorganised and they'd probably get ruined, :|

Can't wait, Highland Laddie was a blast, especially the twist ending.
This is definitely the story I've been wanting ever since I first saw Butcher's debut in the first issue where he was sitting on a park bench, looking up in the sky, seeing some superheroes and saying "I'll have you, you fucking cunts"
