I discovered that this guy is from El Paso, Texas and that the comic is set there, so naturally, I'm intrigued. Would you recommend it? Any issues or books I should read?

I always thought the Blue Beetle was cool, but I haven't read much of any of his incarnations. Collin has, though. You should probably ask him.
