Of Miller I've only read DKR, DKSA, Year One and ASBnR, so not enough to be considered a fanboy. Got bored of DKSA and never finished it, genuinely was entertained by ASBnR, and I want more.

Check out his Daredevil run

And read Sin City, Ronin, and if you're looking for a popcorn comic check out Hard boiled

I'm kinda torn, I wouldn't say Hard Boiled is fully popcorn, but it's really not the most cerebral comic out there.

I'd say it leans more towards popcorn with it's super high level of violence and sort of weakish plot

The good version of Blade Runner is Blade Runner.

......................... the fuck? Dude, I'm the biggest Miller Fan boy here, but to say that Hard boiled is better than Blade Runner is like saying... something good is better than a masterpiece

I don't want to get into to much discussions with Blade Runner because, frankly, I saw it a long time ago at a most inadequate time to watch it, but my memory of it is that I felt very underwhelmed by it, perhaps I need to give it a chance in the future.
