Yeah I ordered a pack too but when it didn't come with the rest of my order I sent them an email through their website. Got a rather rude reply in which they basically said that the item had been cancelled and that I should have received a letter.
So yeah, I think smileyworld or whoever found out...
However, the badges are being sold on eBay, or at least ones very similar and they're perfect quality.
Seller: http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/37dean/

cheers AYB, i'm never using FP again. i ordered a bsg replica that i never heard back from, i ordered absolute watchmen from them because it was £10 cheaper than amazon and it took 6 weeks to get to me. and those badges took 2 months before i founf out why i hadn't got them.

Same. They're customer service isn't satisfactory. However it's worth noting that there are two Forbidden Planet's which split from the same company, one of which is much better. I'm assuming you're referring to FPI (forbiddenplanet.co.uk), who were selling the smiley badges in the packs, instead of FP (forbiddenplanet.com), who were only selling ones made with the character posters etc...
The latter company are excellent...

A couple of people sent me PMs asking me that - all I was able to do was link to the websites that had the images, but you'd have to a Japanese speaker to find where to buy...

I received the Nite Owl (Dan) figure as a gift. I'm really surprised at how much articulation he has. Ball joints on both shoulders.

I was surprised because the Rorschach figure sucks. Very little articulation.

Well that's because Dan is much more articulate than Ror. (Sorry).

So far I just have the GN, The Film Companion and 2 smiley badges (one with bean juice, one without). More to come I'm sure.

My guess is that this stuff and the Hot Topic stuff is not "official." Maybe Warners is allowing the sale of the movie license to independent dealers who then are making their own merch up.

I don't know... a lot of that stuff looks really, really Hot Topic-y.

Speaking of Hot Topic (at least my local ones), the last time I went in there to inquire about any merch, they said that they were probably going to get in some shirts/hoodies/other bits-n-bobs (as was mentioned in a different thread) and had already been shipped posters but hadn't been given the go-ahead to put them out... I guess things may start going out sometime this month.

What? No big floppy penis on the front? Hurm... maybe it'll be on the Thermos

Wait... then that'd be like putting your mouth on....

Okay, sorry

for the love of god don't shop at that store .the way i see it shopping at hot topic is the same as getting watchmen McDonald toys. it completely marginalize,s culture and or counter culture it treats profound works of art like cows to be miked intll it keels over suckling every last drop from its exploited teet . they shamelessly prostitute actual thoughtful bands and movies some of the products make me cringe. for gods sake look at the picture of the kid wearing a watchmen hoody on the website its enough to make you cry.
