Ok, I do go see a conciler to deal with some issues I have. I'm thinking of telling him how much I like the story of watchmen and how Rorsach is my favorite character, and the fact that he made his doc that tryed to cure him go insane. Think thats a good idea? ;)

If you don't mind looking silly, sure, go right ahead I guess. Why are you asking the internet what you should say in therapy?

haha! good question...

i don't think a fascination with a psychotic, violent, classic basket case character like rorschach should be brought up in front of any kind of psychology professional. it might open a huge can of worms... and by worms, i mean padded walls and straight jackets.

No one's going to take it that seriously. He's just going to make himself look like some wannabe Hannibal Lecter fanboy that's trying too hard.

i probably wouldn't... i'm sure i sound crazy saying somethings about his character... but then again, if you need the help, maybe it is something you should think about sharing.

This. Sorry, but referencing edgy characters in an attempt to look edgy will only come off as cheesy to whoever's watching. It's not meant to be personal, it's just the best, most honest advice we can give you.

i'm just screwing around anyway. i have a friend who is somewhat obsessed with the joker since he saw heath ledger's first promo shots. it's all he talks about, and he is mentally ill - or looking for attention.

i really don't see why anyone would take this question seriously.

Like, half of america is obsessed with the Joker right now. And as for being obsessed with borderline insane characters...who isn't? they are everything we can't be, they are able to break out of social norms. It's like a fantasy thing. And it's totally normal and not insane at all. I mean, come on. Have you ever spoken to any teenagers, ever? If you start actually going around beating the shit out of people who are committing crimes, and aren't a cop, then you can come back to the boards with your "problem". Until then, you're just a fanboy, like the rest of the internet.
Go hang out on 4chan's /b/ board for a bit and tell me if you think you're the crazy one out there. Should put things in perspective.
Actually, don't go there. If you're really that easily impressionable, you shouldn't be hanging out on /b/.
