Wow... that's too awesome.

Bubastis as a Scooby-Doo / Snarf type? That's just epic.

Comedian... as the animated Link? PERFECT.

And Jon as a transformer? Sheer brilliance.

I love the cheeky little references to the comic in there. And the best part about it is that it seemed very much like real kids TV.

That was utterly fantastic. Disturbing on every level, but fantastic.

Only thing it was missing was Jon's Mars palace as thier "trying to sell a playset" base.

If they didn't make a John's Palace Headquarters or Ozy's Arctic Fortress playset...I'd just end up using my Ghostbuster's Firehouse like I did for every toy when I was a kid. lol

Captain Metroplis in the captain's chair, obviously.

AWESOME! Did anyone else notice the similarity of the Nite Owl/Rorschach bits to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles intro?

Transformers:Jon turning into a car

Scooby Doo: Ozzy and Bubastis's encounter with the mummy

Batman: The simely face spotlight

Legend of Zelda: Comedian wanting a kiss

Jem? (Not sure, never watched it): Silk Spectre concert

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be a parody of that show.

Also Bubatis is pretty much every 80s show that had a talking animal.

Was anyone else creeped out by Comedian as Laurie's "biggest fan"?

At first. Then again, in a family friendly watchmen cartoon, Comedian wouldn't be her dad, now would he?

Nice, yet very creepy play on the eternal unrequited love trope.
