Yeah, the big clanging action march has been done to death, I just really like the suspenseful otherworldly melodic wavering in the beginning.

Yes, I also managed to download the first and even though it was 387 MB it was pretty poor quality - some loser must have pointlessly converted it then uploaded it.
I can use it, but I'd rather not.

Wow, I'm surprised the official movie site hasn't uploaded it yet. Wtf. Well, when they do, they'll have it in AVI. I'll wait for that.

And, no, it's not impossible to separate the dialogue from the background music or noise, but you better have some pretty pricey programs and a lot of patience and time to do it. I certainly don't . . .

Uh, yes they do. You can download both the Spike and official Teaser in 720p as .WMV files . . .

I ought to know, I just did it with both of them.

Plus there's the movie's production blog, if that ever gets updated again.

I know the Spike video and the production blogs are there. I never said they weren't. But I've looked through every entry twice today. No sign of the first trailer.

Why are you trying to argue over this? You're not going to convince me that I didn't just download the first teaser trailer in .WMV format from watchmenmovie.com. Click on movies, when the first trailer starts playing, click More Options, go down to Windows Media Player, High Definition, click 720p, and it'll ask you where to save it in in a compressed .WMV format. Just download, unzip, and voila. Just because you haven't found it doesn't mean it's not there.

Someone on youtube did one with the song "Unforgettable". But no dialog, or sound effects. But they still included shots of characters talking, which look dumb when you cant hear what they're saying.
