Cover five is the one that my local comic book store had when I was first starting to go there, around 2004 or so. I'd always been tempted to buy it. By the time I read Watchmen,which I'd borrowed from a friend, around 2007 or 2008, the comic book store had cover 1 and cover 5. I thought cover 1 was the cooler one, so I bought that one. Haven't seen cover 5 since then though.
I hate cover 2 and 3.

Ehh It makes them look like too much of a group. I like the idea of a single, simpler image like the smiley or the broken window.

I understand your point of view. I like the simple designs of both covers 1 and 4 aswell.
