A hyperbole in reaction to their pentalogy of concept albums that actually contains more than five albums.

The Protomen-Act I and II

An amazing sci-fi rock opera based on the story of Mega Man that features fantastic music as well as astounding story and world building. I can't recommend it enough and I can't wait until the third and final installment eventually comes out.

And, by the way, like Rush's 2112, the liner notes are very useful if you feel like following the plot more intricately.

Oh, and here's the first music video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZ8jyGVioxg

While I've been trying to save on money recently, I kind of caved and ordered these.

Clearly solid investments, though.

The Afterman: Ascension and Descension. They serve as a prequel to Coheed and Cambria's long-ass sci-fi rock epic, but I kind of like them because they can also easily serve as one self-contained story.

Oh, by the way, you can listen to the whole thing here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=re_dD8hMR1I

YES. DITTO TO THE EXTREME.

Edit:
If I could choose how I got to die, in my final minutes I would ever so slowly cruise in the sunset in a bright red Lamborghini, wearing mirror shades as Instant Crush plays.
It'll forever be a toss up between that and A Real Hero.

Homework, Daft Punk's first album. Never listened to it straight through before, but it's so good.

Interesting to see Daft Punk is going strong after all these years. That's rare for an electronic act. They're arguably more popular now than they ever were.

Tron: Legacy certainly helped a bit in that regard.
