well, he himself did say "Snoop Dogg, AKA Snoop Lion" so either name counts. one is for rap, one is for reggae.

Seeing this guys on Sunday!

One of my favourite bands. The show's sold out and I didn't get a ticket, but my friend suddenly doesn't feel like going and is giving me his ticket as an early birthday present. Boom!

Alright, I can make a relevant post in this thread.

I went and saw the Dropkick Murphys last night in NYC, and man was it fantastic. I was never a huge fan, but always liked what I heard, but now I am solid on them. The opening acts were really good too, Brian McPherson, Jim Lockey & The Solemn Sun and Old Man Markley, all varied & intriguing performances.

Here's a video I found that pretty much sums up how the show went

Oh wow, I'm actually in that video a bit.

thread bump

went to the rockstar uproar festival at jones beach today

saw coheed and cambria, jane's addiction and alice in chains, the last one being the only band i cared about and thus enjoyed the most. the other two weren't bad but not quite my cup of tea.

thread bump again!

last night saw the dillinger escape plan, ran into my cousin and sister's ex, and went crowd-surfing for the first time.

also some dummy threw the fire alarm twice and the show was cut early. ate a lot of taco bell afterwards, much fun was had.

I went to see The Aquabats last week. That was pretty amazing.
