No, this is not SPAM, this story is true.

My wife, who is getting her masters degree in Holistic Nutrition, saw the infomercial for P90X one night. After some reseach, she bought it for me.

Long story short - I'm one month into the program and I've lost 15 pounds and am in the best shape I've been in for a long time. I'm really enjoying the workouts, and for the first time I've found an exercise program I'm not bored with and is giving me results. Bottom line - the program works.

If anyone has any questions about this program, I'd be happy to answer them. You can also join my wife's fan page on Facebook titled "Work It With JoAnne" where she's educating her friends and colleagues about P90X as well as giving lots of great fitness, health and nutrition advice.

You can also go to http://www.workitwithjoanne.com if you want to order P90X or any other Beachbody product or program, as my wife has become a Beachbody coach.

I know this post sounds like I just shilling, but I swear, I'm not. If you look at my wife's fan page and read her weight loss story, you'll see that we're being 100% sincere.

I don't want to convince any of you to buy anything, but if you've struggled with fad diets and your weight has yo-yo'd over the years, take a look. Maybe you've been thinking about getting P90X and you're not sure if it's right for you and have questions.

Plus, if you want gluten, dairy and wheat free recipes, nutrition and exercise advice, check out my wife's Facebook page - which is 100% free anyway.

Thanks!

That's exactly what an...insincere person would say!

Anyway, it's a moot point for me considering any weight loss on my part would be extremely detrimental to my health.

I was wary myself. 90% of anything bought from an infomercial is usually crap. But my wife always does her homework and I owed her my open mind when trying the program. As it happens, I love it and it works. There is no trick here; no magic bullet. You have to commit to working out 6 days a week for anywhere to an hour to an hour and a half depending on the DVD you're doing that day.

But the program is varied and includes Kenpo, Yoga, Plyometrics, Cardio and various weight training exercises. You don't need any special or proprietary equipment - just a yoga mat, a few dumbbells or exercise bands. Most of the exercises are designed to just use the weight of your body, so aside from the program, which is $140, there are virtually no other costs - none at all if you have the basic equipment I mentioned.

DDC, you're going to have to provide before and after photos, you know it? :)

You would have to make some first.

By the way, Don't type "Ditto" into Google images with the safe search turned off.

Just don't do it.

A smarter would of been telling people to search it, otherwise curiosity wouldn't have gotten the better of me...you bastard! *shakes fist*

Hey, I can't help it if you decide to reverse psychology yourself into oblivion.

I really expected something shocking. I'm very disappointed.
