And Cap didn't beat the shit out of Spidey, that is a brutal exageration , he managed to get the upper hand several times, but Spidey fought him with his web and his "spider-legs" and landed some hits, then the fight came to a stall when Cap needed to check on his team.

Yeah, two things that Batman wouldn't have. And also, Cap wouldn't have a team in a one on one fight, ergo he wouldn't need to go check on them.

i think cap would win, also iirc cap doesn't have the aversion to killing that people like batman have,

although, as for cap's exploitable weakness, surely finding a way to seperate him from his sheild, or disrupt it's abilities would be batman's first thought.

Cap has killed a bunch of nazi's, because that's the cost of war.

But Cap actually has a device in his glove in some comics that magnetics the shield back when he trows it, and really, Cap is able to stand toe-to-toe with the mutha fuckin' HULK! and Hulk strongest there is! I don't care how prepped Bats is, Cap preps to, like the disruptor he puts on ron Man in civil War, or any time he's fought any one. Cap is a military strategist and a highly trained fighter, that has above average strength and reflexes. Sorry Bats, at the end of the day he's just a guy in a suit. Cap has advantages in pretty much errythang!

they probably won't. Ultimate Alliance games are basically the same but with a bigger fan base, since they include loads of other heroes too, besides you can only have a team of 4, and i bet most people that played legends mostly stuck with the fan favourites anyway.

Every x-men character has a vigilant fanbase.
I'd've killed for Kitty Pryde to be in the game and have some kind of team-up bonus when paired with logan.

kitty pryde is really popular though, she should have been in MUA, but i guess she is not "fighty" enough

i was kind of annoyed that you get bonuses for having a whole team be x-men or avengers or women for example, but there are no bonuses for a pairing of 2. like cable and deadpool, black panther and storm, etc. (i was kind of annoyed that you couldn't even get the fantastic four bonus by using people that had stood in for members of the FF like BP and Storm did once) the only bonus like that that i know of was in MUA1 and it was the fact that colossus could throw wolverine, (in MUA2 colossus isn't there and all strong type heroes can throw wolverine as part of the fusions special move system.)
