Please someone help me ...how to deconstruct these line :

The world was born in the blood, grew in the dark body, beating and flew
through the lips and the mouth.

Do you want help deconstructing the poem or interpreting it?

Believe me, those are two completely different things.

EDIT: Oh, and a bit more information about the piece would help as well.

It seems to be from a Pablo Neruda poem.

and it's:

Nació la palabra en la sangre, creció en el cuerpo oscuro, palpitando, y voló con los labios y la boca.

[The word was born in the blood, grew in the dark body, beating, and flew through the lips and the mouth]

We have spanish-speaking members who could attest to the translation.

As I see it, it would mean that words are first born inside oneself, take time to form and are eventually freed through speaking.
