Oh, yeah. It's way better than I expected. Indy does some great work. The gloves came out fantastic, too. I recommend them both to anyone thinking of getting them. I'm debating on whether or not I should get the scarf he offers too, since it's not screen accurate but, judging from the quality of the gloves/coat, would probably still be really great.
As far as the buttons on the coat go I'm going to see if I can't replace them. I have a lead on a button store the movie studio supposedly picked the ones used for the movie up from, so if it turns out to be true I'll let anyone interested know.
I'd love to know where you get screen accurate buttons if you do. I don't know if this is a concern just for buttons but when my trench coat arrived it was a little tight and I asked Indy if I could send it back for alterations. He said that really wasn't an option because once waxed cotton is stitched it leaves permanent marks if you unstitch it due to the nature of the fabric. He compared it to threading thick leather. I had to pay a small fee for a completely new trench coat and send the old one back. This may not be a huge concern over buttons though but just FYI.
Also, I bought the complete Indy set (Trench coat, gloves, scarf). I don't know how accurate the scarf is but it's very soft and off white. I was impressed with it when I saw it and didn't regret my purchase.... Much like the gloves and trench coat. It's very light too and easy to get into that classic Rorschach scarf pattern around the neck.
