I have the single disc version of Watchmen, and there is no special features. I want the Watchmen trailers , so my question is it on the Ultimate Edition or the 2-disc Director's Cut ? ? ?

I didn't see any trailers listed as a special feature for either of them on Amazon, so I'm not sure which one to buy...

Or if there isn't trailers as special features on either edition, what movies has the full watchmen trailer on it ? I know Dark Knight has the Watchmen teaser, as does a few others..

Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated ! ! !

Unfortunately, none of the Watchmen DVDs contain any of the trailers or tv spots. And to my knowledge, The Dark Knight doesn't either.

You might just have to get acquainted with youtube like the rest of us.

Thanks for the information. Dark Knight has the teaser trailer to Watchmen though. Just hoping if someone knew what dvds had the full watchmen trailer.

That sucks to hear they never put the awesome trailers on the Watchmen special editions!

I'm not a big fan of the trailers. I like that smashing pumpkins remix, but muse makes me kinda sick.

How so? I thought 'Take A Bow' went very well with the trailer. Also, Youtube has every trailer and tv spot. I know because I put them all up on my channel lol http://www.youtube.com/darknipple

download the HD mov files, convert to HD Avi, stick on a blank DVD (as data) (or perhaps a portable hard drive, that's what i do) play on a PS3/Xbox 360 or any DVD upscaler that supports divx codec. voila HD trailers!

I'm still convinced that the trailers, TV spots as well as a the odd scene will appear in some Blade Runner-esque mega-set we'll see somewhere down the line, probably sooner rather than later.

Why else would they leave this stuff of the plethora of releases we've had so far?

Look for a set collecting all 3 versions to date plus an "extended" edition with the rest of the special features in the next few years. It'll have the TC in HD for the first time plus the kitchen sink.

I don't think there will be another one. The three we got came in very quick succession. If another one was planned in advance they wouldn't have done that, and, well, 'ultimate' means last. Blade Runner got a final cut, so did Watchmen. The chances of either of them getting another cut is about the same, I'd say.
