So, I know we have the thread for th emovie but I felt like there should be a just the comic thread... ergo the thread you are currently reading.

So Issue #1 was pretty cool, I liked all the foreshadowing and I like the other heroes so far, but I'm sure some of them will be psychos.

Anyone else have some theories or want to discuss KA2?

Also I sa in an interview that Red Mist's new name is The Mother Fucker.

That is pure win.

I think it's going to be pretty tricky making Red Mist the main villain of the movie version seeing as how he's completely different from his comic book counterpart.

Well, think about it, his dad was killed and he donned the new costume so he has motive and it implies he's already starting to try and become a villain, I don't see a problem at all

He's not the sadistic psychopath he is in the comics, though. I have a feeling that that's going to play a big role in the series.

But now in the movie the death of his father can make him the sadist he is in the comics, and as such he can assume a joker like role in two.

I really don't think that's the right path to take. Most people don't just become sadists.

But if you watched as your father was blown up and your livelihood was diminished right before your eyes that would screw up your world view as well. Keep in mind he has no friends and was always trying to prove himself to his dad. Now that his dad is dead he can have a chance to out shine him and he might force himself into being a sadist

Dunno because I haven't gotten CLiNT #2.

the last panel in clint 2 is just after KA beats up some thugs who were pretending to be heroes and dr gravity asks if there's anything he can do to help.

So you've read about 2/3rds of the issue then

at 3 issues of clint per 1 issue of KA2, this is going to take forever to read like this!

I watched the movie and it kind of sucked, what can I expect from the comic it is based off of? Is it better than the movie?

I loved the movie, but they did change a lot so you might like the book, which is widely prased by critics. I would definitly suggest you read it

When hell freezes over.

That's when.

That's the date, mate.
