I've got to say Iron Man is by far the morally lax of the two. Batman doesn't drink, doesn't sleep aroun das much
The drinking I can pass because it's part of a rigorous discipline, but not sleeping around ?

Exageration, none of the methods were lethal.
And it's obviously not that big of a deal when you purposely leave out:
A) The manipulation done to his colleagues and friends.
B) The fact that he didn't tell them such counter-measures existed.
C) His failure in preventing his enemies from obtaining the information.
And why did all of this happen ? Because of Batman's absurdly obsessive-paranoid behavior, which makes him think of EVERY possible outcome and distrust almost everyone around him, and unlike Moon Knight, his crazyness contrasts with reality.

Batman: Inherited from a doctor father who started charities and the such.
Moon Knight: WAS A FUCKING MERC!
It's actually cool that this aspect of Moon Knight's character comes back to haunt him frequently.
It's a shame writers don't know what the fuck to do with it.

Fix'd

I don't want to sound snob, I respect you guys too much to go into that direction, so I'll try my best with this one:
Moon Knight's "Dissociative Identity Disorder" is, by far, the most childish and ridiculous representation of the disorder I've ever seen in ANY fictional media to this day, there are some points at which I can say "It's comics, forget it", but the absurdity of the way the disorder is represented is beyond any reasonable suspension of disbelief.
When Moon Knight actually has 12, or 13 personalities (which is usually the number for people with DID), when some of them are actual WOMEN, when most of those are disfunctional, bizarre, and actual INTERESTING personalities, then perhaps it will be worth something for the reader.

And really by your logic of if they are a powerless vigilante who uses tech... isn't the Punisher a rip off of batman?
Not at all pal, because the punisher's m.o. is the central focus of the character.
Also that The Punisher is (apart from dark and moody) nothing like Batman.
