Yeah I got what you meant now.

And me personally, even if it's SLJ, I still wouldn't like Black Fury, his character doesn't have the "aura of superiority" that came from White Fury, to me there's nothing in the Marvel Universe like the image of the latter with a big fat cigar in his mouth, screaming orders and giving reprimands to both SHIELD and The Avengers.

WHY MARK MILLAR ?!! WHY DID YOU MAKE FURY BLACK ??!!!

Racist.

Bullshit. It's Samuel L. Jackson screaming orders at people. How can you not like that?

Oh right. Racist.

No offense man, you know I love ya', but you only scream "discrimination" whenever it's about something that has to do with you, I didn't hear you acknowledging why it's such a big deal that people actually say bad things about Islam in the world we live today.

In retrospect I think I sounded a little KKK, I shall apologize with all the humility I can muster !

But I always talk about the comics Black Fury, I can't complain about Black Fury in the movies because SLJ in the flesh is a very different thing, he's REALLY playing the character, whereas in the comics you just get the looks, but the personality that the writer wants to imprint, and Black Fury is extremely lame in the comics.

Because that's what most people talk about, every body knows that there is an anti-Islamic movement and there is an ongoing debate about how Muslims are discriminated against... but nobody seems to care about how at the same time the Muslims are trying to be made to feel 100% equal all the other religious groups are being infringed upon.
And the main thing with the anti-christian slant was that that was what that book was about, but it's viewed as okay because it's bashing christianity.

But we've already had this conversation

*Sigh*

As Nick Fury would say, two things, and only two things, can come from christians being mistreated:

1) Jack.

2) And fucking shit.

I dunno man, christians can be pretty crazy, what-with the bombing of abortion clinics and the murdering of homosexuals.
They're a dangerous people, I wouldn't want to piss them off.

Well Feliciano and others (including me) want a white nick fury and then Feliciano got called a racist by Brooklyn and then Feli called Brooklyn a hypocrite and brought up Islam and then Brooklyn said that he feels that the public unfairly bash christianity and that to do so is not viewed as taboo and then Feli said that it doesn't matter if christians are mistreated and then i said that christian extremists can be dangerous.

Know what we need? A late 70s Power Mana nd Iron Fist movie with Michael Jai White as Luke Cage.

That would be 10 kinds of win.

after TDKR, I'd love a 40's batman flik that has a dark mythologial feeling to Gotham like Burton had with the massive steam vents and old gothic architecture. And batman would be a dark scary extension of that gothic atmosphere. Not to mention old cars, tommy guns, and a sleeker batmobile. More high tech "limo-herse of death" less "big fucking tank".

Also a darker Phantom film with grave robbers, runaway trains, lots of action and this arc from moonstone about this mystical freak named Kua. ftw.

Fucking. Yes.

Seriously, just make a live action BTAS. The cartoon managed to convey a 40's aesthetic without being specifically set in the 40's. Lose all the "gritty realness" nonsense, and just come up with a well told story.

With Jon Hamm as Batman.
