It's funny because it's written by len wein and not claremont. Nonetheless it's still a great issue though.

I saw Len Wein in the DC documentary I mentioned back at the movie thread, I thought he was hilarious in there but I had NO idea he was such an icon of the comic book industry !

And who are you ? Cobra Commander ?

How do you know he doesn't?

Good point, but I wouldn't think people gave much thought to comic book editors.

What asecond, when I asked you that question and you got it wrong... you said that John Romita created wolverine....

He drew the character for the first time and that's why i said it and you said that didn't count. Wein gave the character it's name and personality. They both created him, but you said my answer didn't count and I couldn't be bothered arguing seeing as to how they both sort of did create the character.

EDIT: furthermore, even if i'd answered with someone who wasn't wein or romita and was someone who hadn't created wolverine and actually had gotten it wrong, but said in this thread that it was len wein, why would you try to rub my face in it? if i'd gotten it wrong i obviously wouldn't say the wrong thing again.

Whoa whoa whoa... who said anything about rubbing your face in anything? I've gotten probably just as many of your questions wrong as you've gotten mine. I wasn't gloating, I was just asking. I mean yeah you're right and I totally agree with the 'cocreated' part (because that's how most of those collabs go).

[Obligatory reference to Len Wein editing Watchmen]

What were you asking? It seemed to me like you were just trying to annoy me, I don't see a question.

Well, i was asking (kind of) what made you change your mind to give Wein the credit... that's all.

Notice how the two series that aren't changing are the two that got movies released recently... just saying.

I wouldn't think THAT would be the reason, it's no secret that DC Comics' money making machine for the last years has been the Green Lantern Universe, and Batman titles ALWAYS sell, like or dislike Grant Morrison, it is clear that the unholy triarchy did not want to piss off the clientele.

Well, I'm not saying I know for sure, but that is kind of an odd coincidence...

I heard a rumor that the whole reboot is just a way for DC Comics to reintroduce Superman, rewrite his origin and get themselves out of the lawsuit, which apparently it seems like that's why they wouldn't change GL and Batman continuity, pretty interesting huh ?
