Slut Whore bat-chick is right:

Dick Grayson.

Jason Todd.

Tim Drake.

Stephanie Brown.

Damian Wayne.

Carrie Kelly.

carrie kelly isn't canon, ergo... there are only 5 robins.

She's not from the main universe, that doesn't mean she wasn't an actual robin.

but if we're going to bring in all the multiverses... there are at least 52 robins, with many more.

Exactly.
Carrie doesn't count.

You're the one who said that just because it's not main universe doesn't make it untrue, and I'm just saying there are many more possibilites when you open that pandoras box, that's why it's usually kept in the main universe

If you want to get technical then neither does Stephanie Brown.

According to the new 52 rearrangement, Stephanie Brown was never Robin.

Actually, we don't know that do we? just because she's not batgirl now. I mean, Dick and Tim were both robin in the new 52, yet neither are currently robin... same as Jason Todd. So, she could have been robin, but isn't now and isn't batgirl, and hasn't appeared yet... I dunno, I'm not saying I believe that, just that it's possible

Exactly, just like how there's been three batmans, Bruce, Jean Paul and Dick.
If we brought in all the elseworlds and flashpoint and Batman Beyond and issue #666 and all that other shit, there'd be an extremely huge number.

That has not been stated anywhere at all except for long before the new52 Didio saying that in his opinion Stephanie wasn't really a Robin.

That is a massive exageration, at most it would be less than a dozen.

Check your sources, it was confirmed at San Diego Comic Con that The New 52 only had four Robins, of which three are operating on their own with different superhero personas.

Which is a lot more than three. Seriously Feli, are you just arguing to argue?

Ah, well like I've said many times before, I don't really pay too much attention to con news or solicitations or anything, cos I don't like to get the story spoiled for me, so I'll let you have this one, although I think it's a little early to state what is and isn't canon about a universe that has only existed for two months, and when this discussion started I was talking about and I assume that the hipster image in question was also talking about post-crisis continuity.

Unless that image is from pre-Damian, then there would have only been 4

Not everybody is as big a Stephanie fan as I am, and a lot of people (including Didio) don't count her.

I've been thinking of taking your approach to comic book websites, articles and spoilers really ruin the experience these days.

I know, I suck, I can't kiss people's ass like you do when you're out of arguments.

I know right. For instance, look at that Phoenix teaser they've released. The first time Jean came back she'd been dead for ten years and then all of a sudden she just showed up in an issue of Avengers, with no fanfare, no solicitation or teaser, she just came back. Can you imagine how cool it would be to be reading something in a couple of months and it just ends with a splash page with phoenix returning? Now thanks to that teaser I know that Phoenix is definitely coming back, so there won't be hardly any suprise or awesomeness to it at all.

Same goes for Wonder Woman, issue # 2 only hit the stands yesterday and now we know that in # 5 it will be revealed that she has a father.

Are you kidding me DC ?!
