The Brave

for me, I don't like the thought of a white guy in a native american role. I'm not a huge lone ranger fan by any stretch of the imagination, but I feel like this is just a bad idea.

I have to say, that movie "The Brave" seems quite enticing ! Must be because it reminds me of Scalped.

They could have cast an actor who actually is Native American. Even Depp sounds a bit foggy on his Native American roots.

She sees herself as being black, and so do most people. Rashida Jones is half black, but I'm not so sure people would think of her as being black in the same way they do Halle Berry.

Not at all, but it's not like there's something morally reprehensible with hiring an actor who, with some good makeup, can look like a native american and still act well.

If there's anything I'm afraid with Depp, is that he brings turns the role of Tonto into Jack Sparrow, now that would suck.
