The Game i'm very hardcorely in is Mortal Kombat.

I play this game at the highest competitive level as possible.

I guess that doesn't mean much to some people lol. Just decided to add my $0.2.

It does when you've taken the time to get that good.
Who're you best with?

My best character is Kabal. There's these necropolis spots for each character, showing your victories, fatalities, x-rays, time spent, etc. Online/Offline

Victories - 3117
Fatalities - 1183
Internal Damage(Xrays) - 142 (Kabal's x-ray is god awful.)
Blood Spilled - 327,792 pints
Time/Devotion - 3:07:24

I've been to 3 local tournaments, 1 which I have won, and I'm in a highly competitive clan.

^ I also play UMK3 semi-competitively, as UMK3 and MK9 are the real only 2 MK games that are competitive with 1 also being MK2 but I'm not that great at that game. MK9 is my based game. There are a lot of people better then me however.

This is actually the main reason I decided to come here. I haven't been involved so much with something besides MK, as i've been with MK since I was 5 year old and had it on the N64. I currently own every single MK game besides MK Vs. DC and have enjoyed it all my life. It has a lot of nostalgia factors for me. I visit 2 MK forums as well and I knew there had to be a Watchmen forum available.

I hope I have the same aswell with you guys and watchmen.

Its no big secret around here I'm a Sub-Zero fanboy, but I'm actually best with faster characters like Kung Lao.
I'll have to buy MK9 back today sometime.
Maybe challenge you to a match. =]

Wow that's funny, cuz SZ is my best.

I should rephrase, I'm great with Sub-Zero, better than most people I fight, however, I prefer speed over power.
So while I love his backstory and design, I can't help but feel more comfortable with fast characters.

If you had a PS3 I'd challenge you too.
Also did anyone hear the news that K-Tanch is now helming a theatrical MK movie?

I'm both happy and depressed by this.
It means no Lambert and no Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa.
No one says "your soul is MINE!" like Cary.
Damn shame.

^Since Tagawa won't be in it, it might be best to leave Shang Tsung out of the film (although being mentioned is an absolute necessity). Meh, it's also a gritty, realistic version so I'm not entirely sure Tsung would be able to say that, unless it involved somebody trading their life for like slavery or something, y'know?

Also, Shao Khan = most broken villain ever.

Can't wait till the 2013 movie. I hope it's nothing like the shit we got in the 90s, lmao.

It's going to be the same director that directed Mortal Kombat: Legacy, the web series. But this time it's going to be on a much higher budget.

Have you seen the whole web series?
There were episodes with magic and shit.
Tsung froze time, Quan Chi morphed into Sub-Zero, etc...

Right, well, that was that (I didn't see past the first episode), but the seven-minute pitch video was supposed to be a gritty, realistic reboot. Or a somewhat more realistic version. Whatever, if the dude sticks to what he had, I'm sure it will be good.

So long as Sub Zero and Scorpion get their fight, I'm good.

Another title should've been:

"Max Payne: The Criminally Underrated Sequel"

Took a little trip down memory lane with:

If there is ever, ever, ever, EVER...

...a game that NEEDS to have a remake, it's this one, terribly underrated for it's time.

Alright, in one weekend I replayed Arkham Asylum and am now playing Arkham City.

Bottom line short: OH YES.
