*vomits.*

The worst thing is that as soon as Nolan finishes this film, DC will rush to film a more "faithful" adaptation of the comic book and she'll most likely make her live-action appearance.

And it'll be as magically mediocre as that sounds.

don't get me wrong, that would have been horrible, but it was possible at least, and i think we should all be glad that didn't happen.

I don't think a "true to the character" Harley Quinn can ever be pulled off in live action, without it feeling like a Shumacher movie, i think if Heath Ledger had lived to be in TDKR, Nolan could have pulled off Harley Quinn as an accomplice/masochistic hanger-on-er, but without the Joker, Harley would just be lame.

This is still a mostly children's movie, yeah?

There's been so much focus on catwoman images, has there been any footage or stills of talia yet?

Officially she is listed as another character entirely.

Isn't this shit rated R? Wasn't TDK rated R? If not, they stretched the hell out of that pg 13, I wouldn't have my kids in there seeing that shit. That shit should've been rated R.

Also yeah but it's probably her, no? And im still just curious if there are any stills of her.

Also feliciano, they're pretty unattractive. She has flapjack titties. Just Google them.

Mal, it´s PG-13, the same as TDK. No Hathaways tits to annoy you

No she won´t because they will mostly like want to avoid Ledger´s memory as the Joker for the forseable future.
And I´m the guy that thinks that she can only work as a glorified henchwoman.

And yeah, a Batman universe that on top of embracing sci-fi and supernatural principles can merge with Supes,GL,Green Arrow, Martian Manhunter an Flash´s universes is a really bad thing. Because it´s not if there´s prospects of assembling a team.

Oh wait

Both this and Dark Knight are PG-13. Considering this will most likely have action figures and happy meals involved, I wouldn't expect there to be any nudity. But, supposedly this will be a more "sensual" movie, whatever that means.

Nothing official, just pics like this:

that's why it's called PG-13, kids under 13 need adult supervision, and therefore consent, to watch it right?

most kids are watching porn and R rated movies at 12 anyway, right? or was that just me?

I remember going to see TDK back when it was in theaters, and I saw some mother take her two grade-school kids into the theater. I just shook my head and thought "You don't know, woman. You don't know."

I wonder if parents will be any wiser for it this time around.

I remember going to see TDK back when it was in the theaters, and I saw some mother and father pushing a stroller with a girl in it who was probably no older than two.

Yeah, that sounds terrible for two reasons:

1. I personally dislike Batman being in superhero team.

2. It's DC--they'll find some way to fuck it up.

I was practically frightened to death by the T-Rex in The Lost World and Mars Attacks.

That movie would have scarred me.

That happens so quickly, most kids probably didn't get what happens in that spilt second.

Just the Joker's scars themselves would have traumatized me.

Well, video game gore is one thing. Seeing a live-action guy in clown make-up cut a guy's mouth open with a knife is another.

(I know it doesn't actually show it, but it might as well.)

Well, RoboCop was gory as fuck and didn't bother me at age 9. Neither did Predator. But Aliens and Alien scared me shitless.

I think its about context.

I saw Starship Troopers when it came out too, and my dad regrets it to this day.
I was like... 4. I think it traumatized him more than me. My mom says I couldn't sleep for a week,
but all I remember is the dude's head being all hollow and shit, "They sucked his brains out" and how cool it was.
And from the posters he thought it'd be a silly movie.
But... he was wrong obviously. :D
He still doesn't know why he didn't walk out. I'm glad he didn't though. Good times.

I meant, power ranger silly.
Not gory and full of nudity.

Edit: The blu ray is awesome.
Great transfer and everything.
