Heheheh, I knew something like that was coming.
Don't get me wrong, his art is beautiful, all the details in the evironment, characters and such... but his Rorschach... meh, really.
It just looks like a bulky man with a Rorschach costume in some of the pictures. The one in Kubert's cover is definetly more my taste, even if it looks really superhero-y.

Still no background detail porn, like in the original watchmen. Could be better, but I liked the art on the first page.

Hate to say it, but it's not bad. The art and the writing are trying to channel Moore and Gibbons. I don't know. Maybe too much of a homage? I need to let it settle in, but I always knew that out of all of the folks they got for this, I was liable to like Cooke's work the most.

It could be worse.
Aliens from another dimension could've disrupted the space-time continuum and the Watchmen would have to stop an alien invasion with all new super powers and Veidt-tech weaponry.

At least they're trying to look good next to the source material and not just do something hyper-commercialized that'd make for a good toy line.

Eh, I don't think so... this is pretty classic Cooke.

Once again, cite your sources. There are people on the internet who work very hard to entertain us for free, and all they ask is the slight longshot of potential internet recognition.

I think all he's sayign is that Ziller should put a link beneath the image to aknowledge the creative behind it.
