Just wondering if anyone managed to snag one of these at this year's SDCC? You had to attend the WB panel on Thurs morning to be given a ticket to redeem at the DC booth... and then, depending on the guys handing out the poster from 2 separate pallets, had a chance of getting one of the 200 signed and numbered ones by Dave Gibbons.

I'd had rolled mine up and stashed it away in my poster tube and wasn't till I got home to discover I had one of those babies!

I may actually get one sent to me soon as a gift. I'm pretty psyched about that. :D

Is that by WB? Man, you're relationship with them must be weird!
Is everything resolved or is there still a bit of hostility?

There was never any hostility between this site and WB. We've always been on good terms. They had a row with HNI, but not me.

Why DDC, thanks! I wasn't expecting that. Make sure you stick in a stiff tube. ;)

Very cool. I want one of those. Well done!

No. I never received that poster, but I did have the awkward chance to purchase it from Ebay.

Yeah, I'm expecting there'll be a good WATCHMEN presence at next year's Con with maybe more promo goodies to be had? Another teaser poster (I'd like it to be the 'bleeding watch' graphic, like the back of the comic books--- but done "real", not drawn, with just the title logo in red) ... button pins (I'm expecting DC to hand out that smiley-eyeslash one soon)... maybe even a Rorshach mask (which'll be even cooler than the Guy Fawkes VENDETTA one)? Well. these are my wish-list at least. :P

And I hope that Zack will be back to sign stuff--- I'd like to add his signature to go along with Dave's on that poster! (And maybe my 300 dvd too.)
