Is it just me, or is the forum's clock and calender completely off?

It is currently 5:10 PM (PST) on December 18th, but the date and time listed right under the banner (and on all of the posts) is December 8th, 7:02 PM. It's definitely not an error deriving from my computer's clock, and, even when I go to my UCP, and go to "Edit Global Settings," the correct date and time are listed. So, what could be causing this? I can't find anything to change on my end that might correct this. Is the forum's clock just set wrong?

It must be, because I've noticed the same thing. I just checked one of my posts, and the time is off by an hour.

It's correct for me (well, two minutes fast).

Hey, change your timezone under your "User Control Panel". See if that helps.

It's under "Board Preferences."

It's correct. It's Pacific Standard Time, and I live in San Francisco. It's not that the hours are set wrong, it's that the minutes are, too.

Right now, for instance, the forums say it's 7:02 PM, even though it's 6:15 PM. I can't figure out what's causing it.

You had already checked it, anyway. That's what you meant by "UCP". Now I get it.

Some anomaly caused by Daylight Savings Time could account for the hour's difference, but the minutes? I'm at a loss.

It's also December 8th for some reason.

This is like some black hole in the Internet . . .

yea i don't understand what's up with this site's clock. my time is marked about an hour ahead.

No, it's the forum's clock. I had mine set to Pacific Standard Time, but it was an hour ahead. I have since set it to Alaskan Standard Time, and it is now correct. The forum's clock adds an hour, so, if you want to correct it, you have to adjust your time zone.

for me the last couple of days the clock has been 10 or 11 minutes behind. it's kind of annoying
