It always facinates me how backward and insensative the mainstream was to women and different races and cultures, and its really not that long ago.

But then I think, have we really made much progress? Things ar so PC and sanitized now it makes me want to puke.

One of my favorites from "Superdickery" is where Superman punches non-super powered Luthor through a fucking brick wall! What a dick!

That reminded me of those awesome Action Camus and Dostoevosky Batman covers from a while back.

I can't seem to find a decent link that shows them off well, but they're hysterical.
