Look what I had custom-made (for my Comedian costumes) and can offer soon for about $4 ea + shipping:

Completely screen-accurate. And, yes, tere will be a version with the printed bloodstain as well.

As you guys know, smiley buttons will not be sold as licensed products. Smiley World Ltd (who owns the trademarked image) would not allow DC or WB to do any merchandise with the actual smiley buttons.

I'll post here with ordering instructions/details as soon as I have everything finalized.

How big is that? The ones I have are 1", and look absolutely perfect in terms of proportionality.

The correct size is actually 1.5". Trust me, I tried them all (1, 1.25, 1.5, 2, and 2.25). But the problem is that 1.5" buttons are not one of the more common standard sizes.

Ummm... you sure you want to get sued by Smiley World, Ltd. Because I don't. Please don't post any "sales" information regarding those badges here. Thanks.

No worries, DDC. It'll be discreet. When ready, I'll just let folks know they can PM me personally for details. Besides, these won't be solicited or sold in the classic sense. It's simply a one-time run of buttons and anyone who wants them will get them for whatever the cost is. No profit whatsoever.

Really? England prevails.

Actually, I was looking into that the other day and, bizarrely, the .co.uk is the international site while the .com is the UK one!!
In fact, the UK one (which seems to have got all its merch from NECA) isn't selling the smiley.
Unfortunately, the international one's delivery is more expensive. I'd have to spend as much on it as the badges!

Comedian Carl, much as I'd love one of your badges, delivery would cost even more for me, wouldn't it? Sadly I think I'll have to pass myself...

I think I'm gonna make my own but i can only use 1.25 or 2.25 inch sizes, which one should i go with?

people on this forum seem to go with smaller sizes but in the GN based on the size comparison to Daniel's hands in chapter 1 page 11 it looks quite large, does anyone have any thoiughts????

I already have both the stained and normal film version and the stained comic book verion but yours look slightly more accurate in terms of colour, if only slightly. Mine are a little too dark yellow. maybe I should order one from you :D

I fully agree that the GN version of the smiley badge is larger than the movie version. Not only Ch.1 pg11, but also check it out on pages 2, 3, 13 and 25 of the same chapter. No way is it only 1.5" there, especially compared to the relative size of Dan's hands. I have a 2.25" bean juice smiley on my leather jacket, which I consider is pretty much in proportion to the smiley in Ch.1. (taking into consideration my own height/build compared to Dreiberg/Blake).

I still have plenty of regular Comedian (no blood) smiley buttons. However, I just had to send in an order to get more bloody smiley buttons made because I had an entire bag of them stolen at the IMAX theater last week.

About $8 shipped in the U.S. (Priority Mail)

I'm not making any money off of the buttons... basically selling what I have left at cost (about $3-4 ea)
