I know Adrian Viedt did along with Hollis Mason. I was watching the motion comic though, and it said Sally Jupiter ( Silk Specte 1) on a tv! Did she also reveal herself? ( i remeber someone saying only two people did)

Adrian Veidt, before the Keene Act went into effect. Sally Jupiters name was known basically when she started. Dan/Nite Owl 2 went into retirement without revealing his identity. Eddie worked for the government, so his identity wasnt revealed. Hollis, obviously, when he wrote his book. He speculates on the identity of Hooded Justices identity.

Eddie didn't reveal his identity. Adrian and Hollis are the only ones who publicly revealed who they were.

So if I'm correct only Rorschach, Nite Owl II, the Comedian and Hooded Justice kept their identities secret. Then again the Comedian's identity were known to his close acquaintances and the government, Rorschach's and Nite Owl II's identity's were discovered during the book's events. Interestingly that only leaves Hooded Justice as a complete mystery :?

The public knew them by face, not by name. Sally never publicly released her real last name and outside of the government, Dr. Manhattan, Blake, Adrian, Dan, and Rorschach, nobody knew Laurie's real name.

I don't think Laurie or Sally had a "secret identity": their status seems to be somewhere between crimefighters and pop stars.

Hollis Mason effectively outs Laurie before she's even started, by referring to her "desire" to be a super hero just like her mum in Under the Hood, and Sally was giving newspaper interviews about her in 1976, before the Keene Act.

I'm not sure that Sally was keeping her "real name" under wraps - she was just embarrassed to be Polish. Sally was all about the celebrity, and (presumably) wanted the same for Laurie - or wanted Laurie to atone publicly for Sally's failings, by being the real crime fighter she never was.
